Share Recovery Agent in Ghaziabad
Ghaziabad households hold a mix of old industrial shareholdings and shares bought while working in Delhi, and both tend to go quiet the same way: an address that changed, a signature that drifted, and dividends that stopped.
We trace the folio, correct or transmit it, and recover what has already gone to the IEPF. Handled remotely, with a free first assessment.
Serving Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh · Ghaziabad district from our Gurugram officeReviewed 18 September 2026
An NCR city where folios rarely kept up
Ghaziabad grew through industrial employment and then through NCR housing, and both waves produced retail shareholders. The industrial generation holds paper certificates from the 1980s and 1990s; the later one bought shares while working across the river in Delhi or Noida, then moved house within the district, often more than once.
Because so many of these folios have an address the family left, dividend warrants return undelivered. Seven unclaimed years later the shares and the money are with the IEPF, and the route back is a claim rather than a correction.
Uttar Pradesh documentation
In Uttar Pradesh a legal heir certificate is issued by the Tehsildar, applied for through the state e-District portal, after the Lekhpal verifies the family details locally. Succession certificate petitions go to the district court where the deceased ordinarily lived.
In many cases no such certificate is needed. SEBI’s simplified transmission route covers holdings up to ₹10 lakh per company in physical form and ₹30 lakh in demat, on a notarised indemnity bond and an affidavit-cum-NOC from the other legal heirs.
- Form ISR-1 for PAN, address, bank and contact details
- Form ISR-2 where the signature no longer matches the specimen on record
- Death certificate, SEBI’s transmission request form (Annexure-3), indemnity bond and heirs’ affidavit-cum-NOC
- Form IEPF-5 on the MCA portal, which is free to file, plus documents posted to the company’s nodal officer
What we handle for clients in Ghaziabad
How a Ghaziabad claim actually runs
Five stages, the same wherever you are. Nothing here needs you to travel, and nothing is billed until the last one.
- 1
Free assessment
You send whatever you have — a certificate, a folio number, a name, sometimes only a company. We tell you what exists and what it is likely worth before you commit to anything.
- 2
Tracing and confirmation
We search the IEPF records and write to the registrar to confirm the holding, the corporate actions applied to it since, and who it currently stands in the name of.
- 3
Documents assembled
Death certificate, heirship evidence, indemnity bond, NOCs, KYC and the demat account details — prepared in the order the registrar and the company will want them.
- 4
Filing and follow-up
Form IEPF-5, the transmission request or the duplicate issue is filed, and we chase the company Nodal Officer and the Authority until the verification report moves.
- 5
Shares credited
The securities are credited directly to your own demat account. Our fee becomes payable at this point, and not before.
Zero advance fee — what Ghaziabad clients pay, and when
We charge no advance professional fee. Our fee is a percentage agreed with you before we start, payable only once the shares or dividends have reached your own demat or bank account. If nothing is recovered, you owe us no professional fee at all.
- Nothing to pay for the assessment, and nothing while the claim is running
- The percentage is fixed in writing before any work starts — it does not move later
- Statutory and third-party costs — stamp duty, notary, court fees, newspaper notices — are paid by you at actuals, with receipts
- Shares are credited to your account, never to ours; we never take custody of your securities
Anyone who asks you for money before a claim has been assessed is worth walking away from. Read the full fee policy.

Questions from Ghaziabad
How do I get a legal heir certificate in Ghaziabad?
Apply through the Uttar Pradesh e-District portal; the Tehsildar issues it after the Lekhpal verifies the family locally. For share claims within SEBI’s limits you generally will not need one.
My IEPF claim has been pending for months. What now?
Check that the postal receipt for your documents is uploaded against the SRN, which is what lets the company file its verification report. Until that is done the claim cannot move, and it is the most common reason one stalls.
Can shares in my late mother’s name be claimed by one of us?
Yes, with notarised NOCs from the other legal heirs. The shares are then credited to that person’s demat account, and the family settles between themselves.
Do you cover Indirapuram, Vaishali and Modinagar?
Yes, and the rest of the district. The process is identical and runs by courier and video verification from our Gurugram office.
Is there any charge to find out what I hold?
No. The first assessment is free, and you only pay an agreed percentage after the shares are credited to you.
