Share Recovery Agent in Faridabad

Faridabad has a particular kind of unclaimed shareholding: small allotments made to employees and local investors by the industrial companies that built the city, held on paper and never converted.

We establish what those holdings became, deal with the registrar, and recover shares or dividends that have passed to the IEPF. Remote process, free first assessment, no advance professional fee.

Serving Faridabad, Haryana · Faridabad district from our Gurugram officeReviewed 18 September 2026

Industrial-era shareholdings

Faridabad’s engineering and manufacturing base gave a generation of workers and local investors their first shares, often in modest lots. Those allotments predate demat, and many were never touched again — the holder retired, moved within the NCR, or died, and the folio stayed as it was.

Company histories complicate it. Businesses were renamed, merged, demerged or restructured, so the name on a certificate may not match any company you can look up today, even though the holding survives in the successor company.

Haryana documentation for Faridabad families

In Haryana the Tehsildar issues the legal heir certificate, applied for on the Antyodaya Saral portal or in person at a Tehsil, SDM or e-Disha centre, with the local Patwari verifying that no heir has been left out.

In many cases no such certificate is needed. SEBI’s simplified transmission route covers holdings up to ₹10 lakh per company in physical form and ₹30 lakh in demat, on a notarised indemnity bond and an affidavit-cum-NOC from the other legal heirs.

  • The original certificates, or the folio number, so the registrar can be identified
  • Form ISR-1 for PAN and KYC on folios that have never been updated
  • Death certificate, SEBI’s transmission request form (Annexure-3), indemnity bond and heirs’ NOCs for a transmission
  • A demat account in the claimant’s exact name, with a current Client Master List

What we handle for clients in Faridabad

How a Faridabad claim actually runs

Five stages, the same wherever you are. Nothing here needs you to travel, and nothing is billed until the last one.

  1. 1

    Free assessment

You send whatever you have — a certificate, a folio number, a name, sometimes only a company. We tell you what exists and what it is likely worth before you commit to anything.

  2. 2

    Tracing and confirmation

We search the IEPF records and write to the registrar to confirm the holding, the corporate actions applied to it since, and who it currently stands in the name of.

  3. 3

    Documents assembled

Death certificate, heirship evidence, indemnity bond, NOCs, KYC and the demat account details — prepared in the order the registrar and the company will want them.

  4. 4

    Filing and follow-up

Form IEPF-5, the transmission request or the duplicate issue is filed, and we chase the company Nodal Officer and the Authority until the verification report moves.

  5. 5

    Shares credited

The securities are credited directly to your own demat account. Our fee becomes payable at this point, and not before.

The process in full

Zero advance fee — what Faridabad clients pay, and when

We charge no advance professional fee. Our fee is a percentage agreed with you before we start, payable only once the shares or dividends have reached your own demat or bank account. If nothing is recovered, you owe us no professional fee at all.

  • Nothing to pay for the assessment, and nothing while the claim is running
  • The percentage is fixed in writing before any work starts — it does not move later
  • Statutory and third-party costs — stamp duty, notary, court fees, newspaper notices — are paid by you at actuals, with receipts
  • Shares are credited to your account, never to ours; we never take custody of your securities

Anyone who asks you for money before a claim has been assessed is worth walking away from. Read the full fee policy.

Questions from Faridabad

The company that issued my certificate no longer exists.

It was probably renamed or merged, and the shares carried over into the successor company at a fixed ratio. We trace the current company and registrar and tell you what the certificate now represents.

I have an employee allotment letter but no certificate.

Bring us whatever you have. The registrar can confirm whether a folio exists in your name; where certificates were issued and lost, duplicates can be applied for, and since April 2026 they are credited directly to demat.

Where do I apply for a legal heir certificate in Faridabad?

Through the Antyodaya Saral portal or at the Tehsil, SDM or e-Disha centre; the Tehsildar issues it after the Patwari verifies the heirs. For most share claims within SEBI’s limits it is not required.

Are small holdings worth recovering?

Frequently, yes — decades of bonus issues and splits mean a small allotment can be worth many times its original size. We value the holding before you commit to anything.

What do you charge?

An agreed percentage of the value, charged after the shares are credited. Nothing in advance, nothing for the assessment, and statutory costs paid by you at actuals.
